①Authority Links
リンクを得る方法:
Google search, Google and Yahoo directoryなど。
実際には？: Sites that rank for top level keywords, Notability, alexa rank and age of domain name
具体例: motortrend.com, lunarpages.com,

②Directory Links
リンクを得る方法: Aaron walls has a great list of powerful directories, Strongest directory links
実際には？: You should submit slowly to directories. About 3-5 a month per website. Keep it slow and natural. The best directories will be relevant/related content directories or niche directories.
具体例: www.real-estate-ims-directory.com or site-sift.com, dmoz.org, botw, yahoo directory etc.

③Reciprocal Links
リンクを得る方法: Probably one of the easiest to get but not the most effective. You can try link metro, link market, webmaster forums and Arelis.
実際には？: Its always hard trying to negotiate a reciprocal link that will be in your favor but the majority of link exchanges will be pretty equal to what you are offering yourself. Make sure the page is cached, indexed and no black hat techniques are being used.

具体例: PR.com and PRWeb.com are some great press release sites

リンクを得る方法: Creating an article and then syndicating it amoung hundreds of article submission sites.
実際には？: Look for any sites that are article syndication sites.
具体例: Ezine.com, articledashboard.com, etc.
Tools: If you can you might want to pick up a article syndication spammer. I use them and it works pretty well. This is a faster way to submit an article to many sites which is not black hat related unless you go to fast and to many.

SEOのやりすぎをフィルタ。削除されるか、順位が大幅に落ちる。
例えば、キーワードの詰め込みすぎや、メタタグなど。。

これは簡単で、サイトのロード時間によるもので、ロードに
時間がかかりすぎるとスパイダーがサイトorページを通り
過ぎてしまうというもの。キャッシュもインデックスもされ
ないので、言ってしまえば検索結果に表示されようがないと
いうことになる。
How to work with this:
サイトのロードタイムに気を配ること。FLASHや多くの画像を
使っているのであれば、javascriptのpre-load codingをする
ようにします。また、ファイルサイズにも気をつけ、スパイダー
が巡回をできるようにします。web 2.0 and cssなども活用す
るべきです。

サイト内リンクがリンク切れしている場合のフィルタ。
すべてのサイトからTOPページへ戻れるような構造にして
おくことはSEO的にもサイトデザイン的にも○。
How to get through this
サイトフッタにすべてのページを網羅したサイトマップを
持たせて、すべてのページへのハブとなるようにする。

これも基本ですね。リンクが壊れていたとしても、
サイトマップがあれば巡回自体は続けてもらえる。
